I hate these things, but this one looks reasonable. I have to believe the East is still king. And being in the mix with Akron, Buffalo and Kent sounds good to me. The tempature is dropping and I'm thinking HOOPS!

P.S. Did someone give David Kool an 8th year of eligibility? Scheese - seems like that kid's never going to graduate!

And BG is picked fifth in several other polls. Not one publication picked US in fifth, so there.

It's to bad Akron's schedule is so bad, this would have been a chance for the MAC to get 2 teams in the NCAA if they didn't win the MAC Championship.

I'm not going to get into a womens bball vs mens bball thing here. But there is national hype with Akron and Zeke Marshall going into this year. If Akron had BG's schedule and played well they would be NCAA tournament team.

I went back and looked it up - Lindy's picked us to finish third last year also. So I'll take that, I guess.

The real shocker was that Lindy's had Akron, who won the MAC Tournament, picked dead last. Hmmm.

Nah. The MAC is a one bid conference which has not won a tournament game in years.
