That wasn't a penalty for pass interference. Watched the reply several times, Barnes and the defenders feet got tangled and they fell down and the other defender came in and intercepted. However the officials could have explained it better

This is looking very similar to a number of other games this season. Trudge along for three quarters and get it going in the fourth. Hopefully we get it done down the stretch.

Defense needs to maintain some intensity. They've stepped it up a little thus far, but we desperately need a stop here. Let's do to UB what they did to us last year!
