Just curious how many of us will be heading up? I plan on it if I can get away from work in time on Thursday...

Stupid work, i'll be covering the Clay High School basketball tournament. . . but will have a radio on my person.
I think I will also miss the U@Buff game as well and the debut of the Animals. Dammit I might get my die hard title stripped away from me.
The solo 13 hour drive to Mobile should carry over for a while though . .

You won't miss us...we will be at all the games the rest of the year! Also, it's only our first game of something that will take awhile to get going so there won't be a ton of us there...just the originalsDayons_Den wrote:

Ha! I WENT to Clay High School. Class of '85. Have fun! Clay is mainly a baseball school. They produced two basketball players that played at BG - Brad Morrison and Greg Kampe.
Re: Clay!
Brad Morrison played at BG? He was my gym teacher at Northwood and I had no idea. I knew he played college ball but never knew where. I am going to have to do some research on this one!!BleedOrange wrote:They produced two basketball players that played at BG - Brad Morrison and Greg Kampe.

Re: Clay!
Brad Morrison is a funny story actually. For some reason, he got ticked off and quit the basketball team, but stayed in school I believe. He would then show up and sit in the first row wearing as much of the opposing teams' color and logos as he possible could and root against the Falcons. I'd like to know what all happened there. He and Larranaga must have butted heads big-time. Anyone know any more info?McMetz811 wrote:Brad Morrison played at BG? He was my gym teacher at Northwood and I had no idea. Morrison
Morrison played one year at BG and then transferred to Findlay. His attitude about the team and coach L was horrible, and it never really made sense to me or the other players. The guys used to say that the problem wasn't with the team or coaches, it was with Brad himself - nobody really agreed with his outlook. Furthermore, his negative attitute had tons of influence over Jay Zulauf's decision to transfer out.
