Toledo Tom
Did anyone else see Tom Amstutz on the Akron side of the field last night? He was on the field but didn't look like he was coaching or involved with the team, just there to watch. Anyone know what he is doing or why he was there?
And since its Toledo week, I can't resist, he looks like he has lost some weight...down to probably 450 or so.
Roll Along! Go BG...Beat Toledo!

My dad and I were just talking and do any of you think that possibly he may be trying out for an Akron coaching job? Doubtful but why else would he be there instead of Toledo seeing the seniors off in there last home game. Thats like Gregg Brandon going to a toledo game this year for no reason. Its just plain weird. There must be some reason he was there.

He was probably scouting the concession stands.....

Someone yelled at him that there was an opening for Lucas County Dog Warden!

Re: Toledo Tom
I asked him to move when he was in my way for a few shots and he just looked at me weird and wobbled away... don't like that guy.

So you asked a guy to move from where he is standing so you can achieve YOUR goals, he does move and you don't like him? What a jerk for getting to that spot before you wanted to take pictures and then graciously moving when you asked. Some people!

I think he was doing something with BCSN, because he was wearing a BCSN jacket I believe.

I don't like the guy because of something he did to the fans years ago.FalconTurf wrote:+1h2oville rocket wrote:toddpav wrote:I asked him to move when he was in my way for a few shots and he just looked at me weird and wobbled away... don't like that guy.

As for Friday, the sidelines outside of the dotted line are for the media first, the cheerleaders second and everyone else behind them. Deal with it.

If somebody wandered up to me and asked me to move I'd do a lot more than look at them strangely...

And if he was with the media, as stated previously, then according to your statement, he had every right to be there-sounds like he dealt with it graciously. Be glad it wasn't Flipper.toddpav wrote:

Speaking of cheerleaders, did you guys hear about the Oregon cheerleader that got hit in the head by a water bottle? At the end of their game at Arizona Saturday night, an AU fan threw the bottle at the Oregon cheerleaders. He hit one in the head. She was taken off the field in a stretcher and was later diagnosed with a concussion. They said she is doing fine though and is resting back home.h2oville rocket wrote:And if he was with the media, as stated previously, then according to your statement, he had every right to be there-sounds like he dealt with it graciously. That is just sad, and is exactly why you're not allowed to throw stuff on the field.
