I have noticed a drop in foul calls in games I've seen and ones I've watched on TV. Curious- random or did the word get passed down to not interrupt the flow as much?

It appears this team will have some trouble scoring. The MAC apprears to be worst than I thought it would be. Current conference RPI is in the 20's. But the MAC may get 5 bowl bids! Oh boy!
