BG Recruit Health Jackson

Post by Rollo83 »

The Ada Bulldogs lost in the Division VI state quarterfinals on Saturday night in overtime to Delphos St. John. BG wide receving recruit Health Jackson threw for 217 yard and two touchdowns in the loss. An injury to Ada's starting QB forced Health to play quarterback over the last month or so.

I am kind of happy to see them go out. As Ada has been going deeper into the playoffs, some of the bigger schools have been taking notice of Heath and their have been rumors of a possible offer from a Big Ten school. I just hope we can keep his verbal committment and get him signed to a letter of intent as soon as we can.

So is it "Health" or "Heath?"

That's not true...HS kids can sign an LOI if they graduate after the first semester. They can enroll at the University in January and participate in spring drills if they want to. Devon Parks did it.

JUCO kids can do so as well...

Flipper's right. In fact, current BG commit and QB Caleb Watkins will be graduating early and enrolling at BG for January classes.

Presumably, though, plans would already need to be in the works for that, right?
