It's Saturday night and Charlie Weis is still the head coach at Notre Dame.

However, JD Brookhart is no longer the coach at Akron.

Oh - and Gregg Brandon hasn't coached BGSU for a year now :butthead:

GB is a good coach....the HC thing didn't work out for him here, but he''s got a great mind for offensive football and seems to have a pretty good eye for talent. He'll have no problems lining up a gig if UV makes a change....

As Charlie Weis is about to find out, it takes more than a great offensive mind and an eye for talent to be a "good coach."

I think Brandon was a so-so coach who couldn't get the best out of his players when it mattered most. He also was a PR disaster.

I'm not suggesting GB will be a HC anywhere...he's a very good OC and yes, the C stands for "COACH"... :-)

There's a mess in Jacobs4Heisman's fridge,
Hammb's sniffing his cats breath,
Charlie Weis is unemployed,
Greg Brandon & Scott Paluch are both gone,
and Toledo still sucks.

All is right with the world.
