The first thing I think of when I think of Isiah is this:

There was a guy on that Bulls team named Dennis Hopson... wonder if he remembers it...

Isiah is a jackass.

In this illustration, Michael Jordan plays the part of the BGSU Falcons, while Isiah Thomas plays the part of himself:

While Jordan was no angel himself. But I'd rank both up there among the best whoever played. Thomas didn't always display it but he was no slouch in the raw athleticism department.

But that's true of everyone who isn't currently a Celtic or didn't finish their career as a Celtic. Conversly, (no pun intended) players like Rasheed Wallace who were even jackasses by standards less stringent than mine, were miraculously transformed into non-jackasses merely by donning that emerald green jersey. So Isiah is in no small company.

Good first half, rough second half. I like the looks of Dee Brown. He showed some confidence in shooting. who was on the bench in black sweatpants sitting at the end of the bench?

Zeke brought two titles to Detroit...he should be loved by everyone within the organization. They hate him...

I know a lot of people who saw him and avoided him... it did look like a half-dozen or so people made their way up to speak with him though.

He sat up in the SW corner... way up on the bleachers in Section B. I don't know if he was there more for Isiah or for BG or just to see a game on the world's hardest floor.

I wonder if he paid for his ticket....
