Come on out West!!! You will love it!!!

Post by Joe Big Vandie »

Ski, fly fish in the Boise (next to the stadium), shop, snowmobile, enjoy fine restraurants and great Idaho hospitality. The H-Bowl is 13 years young and knows how to present a quality bowl to the teams and fans. Weather could be balmy (sunny and in the 50's) or, as Roady Truck says, "the bowl for the tough teams and fans" (i.e. snow, icy and cold). Vandie cheer squad says: "See you all on the 30th and the days before!" Go Falcons and Go Vandals!
Hey, how do you get a "copy and paste picture" on your post? I want to sent a few photos your way, but the paste is not activated.

Copy the web address (you may need to open a photobucket account, depending one where you get the photo). Then click the button marked "Img" and paste it in between the "img" and "/img".

We'd love come out, even if only for a couple of days...but $1500-2000 is a bit rich for my blood at this time of year... We'll have to settle for aTV view of the FAlcons vs. Vandals.

Falcon Commander,

A great find, indeed. The Falcon Tavern is right next to my office in downtown Boise. Not only a great name, but great fare and decent happy hours..

Edit: Yes, they do have smashed potatoes... The buffalo fries are a favorite, though. Perhaps you'll see a few smashed potatoes on the blue turf on the 30th...
