Bucks vs. Ducks
Re: Bucks vs. Ducks
I hope Tressel forgets all about the Rose Bowl and puts the straight jacket back on Pryor. I don't think he will become a quarterback that you fear on an obvious passing down, but when he has a chance to get outside on a run/pass option he's dangerous. Every time Tressel called a straight ahead run play for Herron, I breathed a sigh of relief because Oregon had a chance to stop that play. Pryor on the edge - no chance.

That is stupid. That is the same kind of crap you ridicule other fans for.Globetrotter wrote:OSU is that blount fumble away from losing.
It is all part of the game. Not making mistakes is more important than making a lot of big plays. Oregon is all about big plays. They got no big plays and they made all of the mistakes.
You could also say that if Oregon actually sticks to the punishments they give out (you know, season suspension actually means a season suspension) then OSU would have won by 7 more points than they did since Blount scored a touchdown.
That is following your kind of logic.
You could also say that if Jimmy would open the offense like that all year long then Ohio State would be playing on Thursday night instead of January 1.
You could also say that Bowling Green is about 22 good players away from being worth a damn. Then again, you would probably still lose to a team who hasn't won a bowl game in nearly 50 years.
