On the downside for BG, I don't think they have the option of punting in basketball.

Thomas had 14, Brown and Marschall 12, OP had 10, Jakubowski had 8. All played 32+ minutes.

Only 7 team fouls for BG for the game. Shot 56.4% from the floor.

I thought the ONLY good thing about that game is that we beat Toledo. Those may be the worst two BG/UT teams I have ever seen in watching BG basketball for over FORTY years! That is very hard to watch.

Amen...I caught the second half of that mess on BCSN. As bad as the basketball was, the play by play and color "work" were even worse. Greg Franke is dreadful and I don't know who that was working with him, but he kept nattering on about how UT should be encouraged by the way they were sticking close to us...we're God awful and they couldn't stay within 10...yeah, that's awful damn encouraging eh, Rockettes?"
