Frickin' domino effect. You've got to wonder if the play of the secondary had anything to do with this from either end.
Will Mike Elko now take over the defense exclusively or will another "co-coordinator" be brought in? Clawson supposedly made a run at Vanderbilt DB coach Jamie Bryant last year for Morrison's job.

We're rapidly approaching Day 19 of Defensive Coordinator Watch. Given the state of our defense, it seems like kind of an important position to fill.
Anybody got anything? Even a cryptic "he's on campus and working with the players right now" post?
Joe Tresey (former CMU/Cincinnati DC) got caught up in the purge at South Florida is availible. Clawson seems to have leaned heavily on his Richmond/I-AA connections for previous openings, so it might be a sleeper.
