talk about painful. you guys are just beating us in every possible way: your strengths, our strengths, on the glass, from the perimeter, and everywhere in between. here's to hoping for a more competitive second half.

I was not expecting to see this type of a game

3 players already in double figures. BG shooting over 60% and only 3 TOs

Valpo 24

In order to see the subs we need to close this out. Valpo already outscored us by 7 pts over the first 4 minutes. What was a 25 pt lead is now down to 18

BG WINS!! 87-70

5 players in double figures with Larson only a bucket away from being in double figures. Dee Brown leading the way with 20 with Jo Jak 19 and Marshall 17. Scott Thomas with a Double double although his shooting was off and had several TOs. AND FREE TACOS!!

The best first half of basketball in Coach Orr's tenure! Great effort. I don't think Valo used a scouting report, if they did they didn't listen to it. Nice win over a quality team.

North Carolina beat Valpo at NC 88-77 earlier this season...looks like we could hang with the Tar Heels, heh? Ha!

but do you have anybody that can pull a brandon wood and drop 30 on the heels? how many mid-major players can say they've done that? regardless, congrats on your win today. i look forward to the return game in valpo in the fall.

How many did Woods have yesterday? 10! The Tar Heels are weak this year, weakest they have been in years. I'm not sure they will make the NCAA tournament.

Good luck with Butler this week!

thanks-with any luck, we can actually give butler a scare. and i'll agree that the heels are weak this year-their loss to bc yesterday is a perfect example. that said, dropping thirty on a team like that is no small task. yesterday was an offday, for most of our guys. (and it's wood, not woods-no ties to tiger)
