Alright Falcon fans, who are you pulling for tommorow night? I have a feeling I know, but just curious...

Touche, sir. Touche.
I'm going with what the BCS gods (a.k.a. bastards, a.k.a., f**kwits, etc., etc...) have given us.

Prehaps we were watching different games. The auburn team I saw tonite would get decimated by OU or USC.
It was 16 -0 when I made the comment. Still, we will never know if OU or USC could take Auburn or Utah. It stinks that there will be 3 undefeated teams and no way for them to play.

Although most of the OU fans were good folks, we had the unfortunate incident of listening to these bozos that stood outside the fence beside our section and yelled obscenities about how BG was like the B team playing against the varsity A squad. We had to listen to that crap for 4 solid quarters, along with out right insults about specific BG players. It's hard for me to muster up love for Oklahoma after that experiance.

Sure, four currently. But I was thinking three after tonight to end the season when either USC or OU takes their first loss, which leaves only Utah, Auburn and tonight's winner.Dayons_Den wrote:Four undefeated teams, Dan.UK Peregrine Fan wrote:BGSUfanatUT wrote:UK Peregrine Fan wrote:The way they look tonight, I will have to second that.kdog27 wrote:auburn

The same way OSU was gonna get dominated by Miami in '02, and in countless other situations. Auburn does not win as "pretty" as OU or USC, but they can beat anyone. I don't know if they're better or not, but they certainly deserve the chance to prove it. Just because they're a defensive oriented team they get scoffed at when mentioned in the same breath as the great USC.BGSUfanatUT wrote:UK Peregrine Fan wrote:The way they look tonight, I will have to second that.kdog27 wrote:auburn

Everyone says Auburn has the consensus easiest schedule this year, because they look at their 3 easiest games and they were total patsies. My problem with that is if you look at Auburn's 5 most difficult games (Tennessee twice, LSU, Georgia, and Florida) and compare that with the most difficult games on USC or OU's schedule you'd say that Auburn has the hands down most difficult schedule. It just depends on which way you want to look at it, IMO. Overall they didn't have the strongest scheduled based on wins, but I put extra credence in winning against top tier teams. USC played VaTech & Cal all year...that's it. OU played Texas & BG and that's about it. The SEC is about 10 times tougher than either the PAC 10 or the Big 12.
In the end Auburn deserves a shot and since they're undefeated I don't see how I could ever say they'd get "dominated" by the two teams playing this evening.
I'll be rooting for OU, simply because I cannot stand USC a little more than I cannot stand OU. I dislike both teams quite a bit, and hate their conferences even more. But I guess I'll root for OU.
