Since firing Markell OSU has lost two of their best players to the pros early. Both Hunter Bishop and Zac Dalpe have left school to go to the big leagues. Dalpe threatened two years ago to go the OHL if Markell wasn't the head coach, so no big surprise there. Bishop was a junior transfer student so he may have finished his degree with the mandatory year off.
Could be a bumpy season in Columbus next year.
