I'm not a huge fan of Tate, but I definitely didn't read what you claim it says. The story says he wasn't arrested or cited because he lived in the building and came in through a door left open. If that door was in-fact not left open and he forced his way in, I would hope that would be considered breaking and entering.
To be honest, the entire story sounded like a big advertisement for this doughnut shop. Perhaps they agreed not to press charges against him if he would advertise their product.
"I'm not disappointed in a guy being in a doughnut shop when they've got maple bars like Top Pot has," Pete Carroll said. "However, under the circumstances I think they were closed or they were trying to close or something like that. So that's definitely one. We talked about it, addressed it and he's most remorseful about it and all that.
Nice response from Carroll, but then again what would you expect.
If he was not an athlete, he would have been charged. Golden, Goddell is watching you.
Give me oak any day- easier to work and has a nice, tight grain. Maple is OK but on a big project like a bar I want something that is going to take a nail and....what? Baked goods? Oh. Never mind.
