Livers beware... that's some fine tailgatin' opportunity. Two under the lights, two at 3:30 and a TBA (which I think is the day after Turkey Day anyway).
And the Wednesday home game is 8pm. Still time for the 9-5ers to get off, change clothes and get down a little.

It's only taken how long for them to catch on? 3-4 years!

Re: Home start times announced
Really diggin' these start times.
I work Friday night 3rd shift and usually leave the building no later than 10AM Saturday. For the 3:30 games, that puts us in BG no later than 12:30. Marshall won't matter since it's a 7PM kickoff.
I'll do a work switch with the other supervisor for the night games in Nov (Miami, tsun and possibly WMU) and should be able to get to Athens for the OU game in time (2pm kickoff).

Dear Freak,
I Miss you...A Lot...I think we should get an apartment together and tailgate in it 24 hours a day. I miss your musk.

Re: Home start times announced
What? No 5:30 or 6pm weekday games this year? Sounds like BG is finally getting it's act together on that front. Why they gave us another of those games last year against Akron after how the previous years' game against Buffalo failed so miserably in terms of attendance and outcome, I'll never know.
Progress is certainly being made on this front, not just because of late weekday starts, but also no noon games. The mid-afternoon and evening starts should be good for all assembled, from the long commuters to the townfolk to the students, especially the latter. Many students I knew never really bothered to get up for the early starts at noon, now they don't have to worry about getting their arses out of bed "early" on a Saturday. No excuses, except maybe for the weather but that's a whole other discussion.

I think we're missing one of the biggest benefits of these times: no conflict with OSU kick-offs (yet).
