Well, she might as well pose fo PB cuz after hearing that horrible rendition of our national anthem, I ain't sold on her singing career.TG1996 wrote:Not "Fries", its "Dancer". (with apologies to Richard Pryor, of course.)Falconfreak90 wrote: 13???????? JoJo? What's her last name? Fries?
I agree, WH...who cares what the label is?
If her career doesn't fizzle before she's 18, she's the next "sure shot" for Playboy, IMO.

must be hanging out with UT CasuaSlobserver
What was up with that triangle flag thing they paraded on the field during pre-game? Must have run out of money getting Ashlee Simpson and couldn't afford a full-size normal one
Quote from my 11 year old son as we were watching the game "Why is the flag a triangle?" are you saying I think like an 11 yr old?
seriously, it was like they ran out of material or something. It would have fit better in a baseball stadium.

BEST CALL: Former USC star O.J. Simpson attended the game, but opted to keep his seat location secret and did not appear on camera.
WORST CALL: Major snafus in the pregame ceremonies. A giant, triangular -- triangular? -- American "flag" was unfolded as someone named JoJo warbled the "Star Spangled Banner," causing an Oklahoma radio broadcaster to snort, "There's the flag ... or what there is of it. And JoJo is attempting to sing the national anthem."
D'OH: Puh-leeeze don't ask Ashley Simpson to sing in public again. Fresh from her lip-sync disaster on "Saturday Night Live," she was jeered by the crowd during the halftime show.

You know all those blockbuster commercials do is rip on themselves for how anal they use to be about movies/games being late. That place will probably go out of business w/out the money they make in late fees.UK Peregrine Fan wrote:Along the commercials line of thinking, I was wondering what actually happens to the people that don't have a Capital One Card. 1. annoying commercials- I am really sick of the "No More Late Fees" Blockbuster commercial and also the Dodge "Best Friends" commercial- just a bit odd I think.

I don't think it will hurt'em, there is a catch to the no late fees, If you don't return it in 5 or 7 days, they automically charge your credit card (you have to provide one to rent from them) for the cost of the movie. Somehow, i don't think they will bill it at the 19.99 best buy rate either.kdog27 wrote:]You know all those blockbuster commercials do is rip on themselves for how anal they use to be about movies/games being late. I disliked the horrible camera direction, lousy production quality, and the pathetic and contrived stunt ads which were poorly produced.
I loved seeing the dweeb Simpson fall on her face even more than Britney Spears getting laughed at by Aerosmith during the Superbowl a couple of years ago. In both cases, dumb blondes with no talent got shown up in a big way.
Its even more fun seeing how far across the globe the news has spread.

And hey, the PR photo makes me laugh even more.

Or from E Online:
"In a commentary on MSNBC.com, Michael Ventre wrote that Simpson's singing "sounded like a cross between a political prisoner being tortured and a test of the Emergency Broadcast System."
