Tailgate equipment

Post by Pete Segaard »

I am finally getting my tailgate equipment put together. This is my Jambalaya Pot/Deep fryer that I have been working on. I am making a batch of Jambalaya today for a Fourth of July party.

The last part that I need to make is a copper lid that I will hammer out in my dad's blacksmith shop.

That is AWESOME!!! :supz:
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

It would look even cooler if you could make the Falcon heads copper.

The stainless steel ring will turn a golden bronze color from the heat. I thought that would represent the brown and polished copper would be the orange.

Either I forgot or the beer forgot to take a finished photo of the Jambalaya but here it is before chicken stock and rice.

I may have oversized this a little bit, this batch is big enough for a meal for 10 - 12.
