PARKING INFORMATON for the UB Game

In an effort to alleviate traffic congestion entering the parking lots adjacent to the stadium on game day Saturday, BGSU Athletics will modify the flow of traffic in the following ways:

1. Parking staff will be on site at 8 a.m. to manage the Homecoming traffic.
2. The grass lots immediately south of the Doyt Perry Stadium will be designated for Season Ticket parking vouchers ONLY.
3. The secondary entrance off of Wooster Street will be opened immediately and traffic entering this area will be directed to park in Lot 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3.
4. Traffic entering at Campbell Hill/Alumni will be directed to the intramural fields.
5. Traffic entering Stadium Drive from Mercer Road will be directed into Lot 10 (ice arena) unless those traveling this route have access to the Falcon Club Preferred, Falcon Club Elite, or require handicap parking (Lot L).

General reminders to fans:
1. Parking in the lined spaces is limited to cars. We ask that tailgate tents, tables and chairs use the grass islands.
2. Those who desire overnight RV parking need to make arrangements in advance with Ben Spence, Operations and Events Coordinator at 419-372-7055 or [email protected]
Overnight parking is in Lot 20.
3. We encourage fans to arrive early and expect minimal delays.

Maybe I'm missing something but I didn't notice any congestion at all on Wooster street for the Marshall game.

In other news, I'm pleased with how the grassy lots are going to look. Some nice patches of trees scattered here and there. I'm curious as to if they will keep the lot gates open during the off-season, or if they'll close them off so the good people of BG can't go out there outside of football parking.
