Surprise - BooBoo Gates, Dwayne Woods and Jovan Leacock...oh and the lack of wideout production
Disappointment - The lack of wideout production
MVP - Woods
Freshman - Gates, Schilz and Jordan Hopgood
Confused - The defensive back coverage...or lack thereof
Clawson - Start Hurley at Michigan and run the wildcat with Hopgood more
Record - 6-6
NFL Bound - No one.

1. Biggest Surprise? My biggest suprise is that we are not better! When Schilz first went out I was actually excited to see what we would get out of Pankratz and now I am begging for Matts return!

2. Biggest Dissapointment? This goes the same way as I believe Aaron Pankratz to be a giant dud. That and the fact that our defense is in LAST place out of all 120 teams.

3. MVP? Right now I would have to say that Schilz or Jordan would get that and maybe also Willie and Woods. Gotta add lorenzi for atleast now after that nice return last week that set us up for the possible win.

4. Freshman most likely to succeed? Matt Schilz looks like he will bring this team a lot of success in the future. Im also excited about Hurley, Hopgood and Gates.

5. I am confused about.....? Both our offense and defense and how they are playing this season. No emotion and horribel tackling on defense.

6. If I were Clawson I would.....? Have taken Pankratz out and tried Pagel. It couldnt have hurt! From here on out I would be continuing to try to strengthen the defense. I have faith in Clawson though and know he knows what hes doing.

7. Guess at the end record? At the beginning of the season I would have guessed maybe a 6-6 record or 5-7 but now I think maybe 3-9 4-8 record may be in sight.

8. NFL bound? Not sure lol. No one sticks out in my mind. No ones played good enough to be able to make it to that level.

NFL bound? Bojicic...Guys who might get a look? Chris Jones if he bulks up a bit. He's about 280 I think...you need to be about 300 to get a look in the NFL. Maybe Kamar Jordan if he runs a fast enough 40. He has the size that Freddie needed to get a longer look. If Hurley is as good as advertised....you never know.

Hurley as good as advertised? I am certainly curious about this? At QB? If he is all that why isn't he starting? Why save the year? At another spot, but what spot?

If you're talking NFL I still say Schilz has an NFL arm.

He's only a RS Freshman, so we have no idea how he'll develop, but physically the kid has NFL tools. That is if he is truly the 6'2 he's listed at.
