What weight could you give W-L percentage of all the sports teams to the Athletic Director anyway?
To me, I think he needs to be judged first on hiring coaches and managing finances than the W-L record and I think the current crop of coaches we have are good, well respected individuals.
IMO you're not going to find a better group of quality people in Clawson, Orr and Miller for your marquee sports...at least not in this conference. And Bergeron, by most all accounts, was the best we could have hoped to hire with the recent state of our Hockey program.
If it were solely on W-L record he would just schedule a bunch of FCS teams for football and a bunch of Division II schools for basketball.
I think your taking a very short term view on your judgement of the current AD. He continues to make good hires and it takes time to grow these sports's successes. W/L record is way down on my list of criteria when looking at the overall success of an athletic administration.

I hope every scchool in the NCAA feels just that way, and wants him bad. After all , he doesn't want to be here and his family certainly doesn't want to be here, so maybe they can just go some where they are all happy!
