Will be there in person, once again attired in the "throw-back". Going to Mileti to see Blake and Doc first...then "an obedient change in lines" over to the Ice Arena.

Beat the Irish like a rented mule!
There is no other way to finish a season other than yelling at the top of your lungs among BG's players holding the Peace Pipe aloft!

WHAT HE SAID!!!! :supz:
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."
~~USCHO Poster
"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I don't think either game will be real close. Notre Dame is out for revenge with the entire conference and is already scoring at a high pace. That combo with our non existent power play doesn't bode well for the Falcons. Maybe the goalies can steal a game, but this will be a tough task.

1-0 Good guys after 20 minutes. Rodriguez with a goal and a stellar period of goaltending by Eno.

This is a great game. Fans are really involved. Student section very vocal. ENO has been incredible through 45 minutes. Best defensive game I have seen from a BG team in over 5 years. Passing has been much crisper tonight. ND getting frustrated and starting to get chippy. Three more great saves by ENO. The refs called I think 7 penalties on BG and 3 on ND. Need to even them out.

Way to go Falcons!!!! BG WINS. 3-2

Most complete game in last 5 years! Don't think you will get many to disagree with me on that. Only negative was the last minute got sloppy and too many penalties. A couple were very questionable calls at best. ENO was amazing except during the last minute when he was out of position and lost his stick! 30 plus saves. ND had 20 min of power plays. By far the best game of his career. Crowd was very vocal. Go for the sweep tomorrow!!!

Fun time in the old Ice House -- a big effort all over the ice. I love the way this bunch can work. A small step forward tonight. The embers of this program that were nearly snuffed out two years ago are showing a growing a flame.
