The deal: Could get 12 months in prison when sentenced Jan. 26. Status: Free on $10,000 bond. The Midwest native graduated with a marketing degree from the University of Toledo in 1992. After a quickie marriage and divorce, she moved to Miami around 2000 "looking for a better life," lawyer Oscar Rodriguez said. She met Greg Carr and they were married March 29, 2002.
