Pryor and Tressel

Post by factman »

How about Pryor warming up in the pregame with a Miami Heat hat on his head backwards and cocked to the side? I have lost all respect for him and Tressel for even letting this happen. It seems to me the general rule of thumb for most coaches is that you have to wear "YOUR" team gear when doing anything team related, and certainly not something that just riles up most of your own fanbase.
WOW!!!! just WOW! I'm wondering whether Tressel is in touch with reality.

I'm thinking that Pryor is the one that is not in touch with reality.

375 self reported violations and 33 arrests, or should I say illegal transgressions since saint jimmy took over the o$u program ... It is very hard to gather up any kind of respect for that renegade outfit down in C-bus...

Interesting comment at half- Some Buckeye fans were questioning Tressle's decision to allow the five guys to play. Announcer said he had to consider all the other players and fans feelings and made the right decision. I threw up a little in my mouth. OK, I violently retched all over the floor. If that's the case no one would EVER get suspended.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one that heard that. One of the dumbest things I've heard an announcer say.

It was good to see the five players who should have been suspended all come out and make a difference in their final game at OSU.

And that argument is made all the time down in columbus.

I believe it was three touchdowns and the final interception which would have been negated had the suspensions been properly served.

I wonder how much Pryor is going to fetch for his Sugar Bowl hat?

Even worse, the Toledo kid Sanzinwhatever got virtually no screen time when the game "leaders" stats were posted because he was actually one who followed the rules.

And welcome to the nest FMR! But why are you screaming your name? ;)

Pryor and Herron alone accounted for 423 of OSUs 446 yards.

Pryor 14/25 221 2 0 15-115-7.7-0
Herron 24-87-1
Posey 3-70-23.3-1

Rocket names SHOULD be screamed! And Sanzenbacker DID have a rather spectacular case of "helmet head" which no one mentioned. Is that hair real? It was sticking out in every direction that there's a Michigan school named after.

Both of them aren't in touch with reality. Pryor's just an idiot - you could tell by the post-game interview on the field. "Well man, we just had to come out and play man." He used the word "man" almost twice in every sentence. The female reporter said, "Thanks Terelle, go take care of your leg." "Thanks man." Glad to know his English class at OSU helped him.

One of my good friends goes to OSU and he said the suspension situation was bull. Here's what he wrote on my facebook wall in response to me saying they should have been suspended immediately and not playing last night:

"Oh, I agree completely. I think Pryor should have just left. I can't believe he'd sell his Gold Pants. Those are an honor, and I can see how he really feels about the university. Him and Solomon Thomas both sold them. The other guys violated rules and should have been punished this season. This BS "we didn't know stuff" is ridiculous."

As for Tressel, I can't believe he actually thinks Pryor and those other four will be back.

He ain't got nothing on Sam Bradford. That dude has the worst hair in professional sports. Even worse than Andy V. with the Cavs! ;)

Next college athlete, heck- next college student, you find that doesn't say "like" or "man" or drop cliches regularly, let me know. I know nothing about Pryor's education or intellect but what you cite is pretty standard stuff from what I've seen (and before you play the "Yeah, well you went to UT card, remember- I've been doing a fair amount of work with BG education students lately  ).

Then you "should" know the difference in the BG education and the UT education. Hell, my wifes's school (in Lucas County) wouldn't even take a UT student teacher a few years back!
