Heading to OT as Scott Thomas nearly makes a half court shot with the game tied. BG has been piss poor FT shooting tonight. 60-60...

Now heading to double OT at 69-69...

How can a college team be this bad at shooting free throws. This was an easy win they may have just thrown away.

Come on, Coach. If they aren't making free throws, make them shoot until their arms drop off.

Amen...seriously, FT's are not difficult to make. Perhaps Lauren P can show 'em how to do it.

Quit beefing about the free throws. This is a team we need to get behind. That win tonight took some BALLS. This team is full of guys that like to compete and won't quit. I LOVE it

Anyone notice we burned Henderson's redshirt tonight in the second OT. According to the boxscore and play-by-play, he and Wiley Roberts played in the 2nd OT.

Dude, we ARE all behind the team but 11 for 24 is downright poor. This game should have never made it to OT. There is no reason why a college team shouldn't hit at least 65-70% from the line.

Hdog, no one said they weren't behind this team. It was a good road win. Nobody has said that it wasn't. But facts are facts. Shooting under 50% from the line is horrible. I listened to the second half of this game, and if they could have made just a couple more free throws, this game doesn't go into overtime, or double overtime for that matter. Someone pointing out that the team needs to be better at the free-throw line is not downgrading this win. I can guarantee that everyone on this board is very happy with the win, and being 1-0 to start the conference. The team is winning right now, and that is very exciting. But if they keep shooting poorly at from the line, they will lose some games that they could have won down the road. Please don't try to say that there are people on here that aren't behind this team. This is one of the best fan websites you will find, and they are all very passionate about their BG teams, and love their university.
