After 2 periods it's good guys 1-0. JST with a nice rebound goal of a 3 on 2.

The good - only 17 shots allowed, good job defense. Two periods of shut out hockey.

The Bad - of the 17 shots 4 were goals. Bad, just bad and three of them in the first 5:45 of the third period AFTER a 1 - 0 lead. This is now 6 - of the last 8 games we have had a lead in the third period and lost. We win half those games we are 10 - 10 and and 6 - 5 in the CCHA. What a difference 20 minutes makes........

That was a frustrating game to watch...we just don't play well in the 3rd period. Although, I don't think we played well the entire game, other than Eno. I'm not really seeing much improvement as the year goes on, maybe tonight they can get something going.

From what I gathered from the radio broadcast, Eno gave up a few rebounds in the thrid and let ferris bang them home. Falcons decided not to mark their guys and/or tie up sticks in the third or what!?! ](*,)

Too many times, Eno was the lone ranger out there. ](*,)

I expect a much tighter game tonight.

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Perhaps we should petition the NCAA to have all games shortened to two periods. Eliminate the third period, and our record would go from 7-14-2 to 11-11-1.

Ferris State wins 3-1... Better 3rd period than most but not enough. Gave up game winning goal with 5-something left.

That idea about shortening the games to two periods? Do it now. Ugh.

BTW, OSU scored FIVE goals in the 3rd to wipe out a 2-0 Miami lead and won, 5-2? WTF?
