Details on tonight's announcement...

Post by ZiggyZoomba »

I'll be tweeting live from the press conference tonight. If you want to follow along, follow @AZZDOTCOM on Twitter. You can also go to http://twitter.com/azzdotcom if you don't have an account.

The press conference officially begins at 6:15, but I'll probably start tweeting before then.

I've seen all the collateral information that will be released tonight, it's great stuff! The video is especially cool. :-)

This will be a night to point back to years from now, people... if you can get out to Anderson Arena tonight, please do. If you can't, follow along and I'll do my best to keep you all informed!

Via Grant's Tweet:

Bill Frack - $10 Million!

THANK YOU, MR. FRACK!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

That's a HOF donation.

Maybe we can retire his number.....
10,000,000 and hang it from the rafter.

Thank you Mr. Frack - when I think Falcon basketball and all the greats the name Frack will now be included in that list.
I proudly chose to be a Falcon and a Falcon I will remain until the end.

Another tweet: 'Frack "If butler and gonzaga can do it, bowling green can do it!"'

I love that attitude. This gift will certainly make that a possibility. Thanks Mr. Frack.

We've been a basketball school, we've been a hockey school, we've been a football school:

The cycle turns to BG becoming a basketball school once again, and we can say it all started on January 19th, 2011 - thank you Bill Frack!
