I'm not a big tOSU fan, but when Jim O'B was the basketball coach he flat out said he would not play Ohio schools like Cincinnati or Xavier or BG or KSU or Miami or Toledo because OSU had nothing to gain.
Therefore, I like the fact that McSweatervest does play in-state schools and keeps some of the money in Ohio. I'm not so interested in tOSU's non-conference sked and who they should or shouldn't be playing. If tOSU starts listening to the opinions of BGSU fans they are screwed. My number one team is BGSU and I don't care who OH state schedules or who Michigan schedules and I don't care who Auburn schedules and I don't care who Oregon schedules....
This is ridiculous considering OSUs schedule

O'brian, after losing to the Rockets back in 99 said something to the effect of never playing up at Savage Hall again... I'm not sure, but didn't a Michigan State coach(J.Heathcote) vow to never play at a MAC school again after dropping one against BG ?
Incidentally, I would be hard-pressed to find another bcs school who fired their coaches over being a major embarassment to their institutions...
o$u: W.Hayes-assaulting a collegiate player on national tv...(Gator Bowl 99)
J. O'brian-fired for giving monetary benefits($8,000) to a potential recruit ...
NICE!!!
Like I always say, business as usual, down at to$u ...

I probably should have specified having same school forced to remove a coach from both high profile programs (football & basketball)...Globetrotter wrote:Off the top of my head....Kansas, Texas Tech, Baylor, IndianaFORT MEIGS ROCKET wrote:O'brian, after losing to the Rockets back in 99 said something to the effect of never playing up at Savage Hall again...
