MarkL wrote:Friendly reminder, since not just one but now two posters who are on many many ignore lists are around. To add people to your foes list, do the following:
Click User Control Panel (top left corner of this page below the Ay-Ziggy-Zoomba.com logo)
Click Friends & Foes (left side of the page)
Click Manage Foes (left side of the page)
Under Add new foes, click Find a member (left of the big text box)
In the pop up window, find your user. I suggest searching by user name. You will get a list of usernames containing whatever you searched for.
Click the check box in the row of whatever user you wish to ignore from here on out (farthest right column)
Click Select marked (bottom of the page). The window will close.
Back on the user control panel page, your new foe is now in the big text box. Click submit (below the big text box)
And of course click Yes on the next page to confirm ignoring this poster
From here on out, you never see posts by this user as long as you are logged in.
That being said .... do not quote users who everybody else is ignoring! There's only one user who I ignore, and I added him on my ignore list the first day this option was available. I don't have to see his illogical, pointless, irritating messages which he posts just to piss people off while pretending to be a BG alum and therefore part of the BG community. If somebody else quotes that poster, I can see that poster's quoted text. That is annoying to me and to everybody else who ignores this screaming attention-needy child. So please ... don't quote posters who have the reputation of being on everybody's ignore list.
Have a great Saturday.
Thanks!!!! Don't know what I forgot, but your directions helped me to say "aloha" to stupid...er birdman.

Let's be fair here...that pizza thing can get confusing.... dine in or delivery?....meat?...vegetarian?...do you start with some garlic bread?
Hey Flip, not to mention when they ask thin 'n crispy, deep dish or hand tossed. bd then becomes a deer in headlights when confronted with a decision on flavored crusts. Life is Hard

Not to mention that whole "specialty" (Hawaiian, BBQ Chicken etc...) vs "traditional" debate....
One of the smartest people I ever worked for, Bob O'Connor from Leader Insurance (hiring me was proof of his genius), had the best method for a consensus pizza in a group. Everyone gets to cross off an item that they simply can't abide by until a consensus pizza is found.
