My plan is to drive down from Cleveland after work. Hope weather will allow it.

Saw a tweet from Jen Roos and evidently the team hit some bad weather last night on their way over to Akron. Took 5+ hours to make the journey.

That doesn't surprise me on bit. Talked with my Dad last night and he said it tok him over an hour to go from the Kohls and Best Buy in Perrysburg back to their house in BG. He said he was going 20mph on I-75 and counted 8 cars off the road in that 15 mile stretch of the interstate. He said it was snowing very hard around 5pm.

Had to miss only my second game of the year (minus Seattle tournament). Stupid early meetings.

Halftime: Akron 20 BG 19

Very sloppy game. BG has 13 turnovers. Only made 4 Field Goals. That's right only made 4 shots. Shooting 17%. Thankfully Akron playing just as poorly.

Oddly enough Kent was the other game I missed. This was your typical 'trap' game. A tough road win on Saturday, short turn around on 2 days rest and a huge game on Saturday to clinch the MAC East. And we are falling into 'the trap'. Fortunately Akron can't get anything either.

Tie game with just over 2 min remaining but Akron best FT shooter about to go to the line :(

BG is shooting 20% and only 9% from 3 point land.

Ugly game

LP was 3 for 29 in her last 3 games but came up with a HUGE shot to win the game. A win on Saturday clinches the MAC East. BG rpi is now in the mid 40s and this win kept our very slim AT LARGE BID hopes alive. BG wins out and gets to the MAC Tournament final and happen to lose they will finish 27-5. But let's just win the next 5!!
