It's a battle for the MAC East Championship. Hopefully we'll have a huge crowd for this one, as it's arguably one of the single biggest athletic events of the year. Does anybody know if this game is getting hyped up around campus at all?

As a former student who lived on campus back in the days 'We have a game today? Wait, we have women's basketball? Who knew'.

Seriously though, I don't remember any game being marketed in any sport in my 3 1/2 yrs down at BG and not much has changed nearly 20 years later. Speaking of Marketing, last week when I was in Toledo I was driving on RT 23, I-475 and I-75. I saw 7 billboards promoting Cleveland State and Oakland University Athletics. Guess how many I saw for Toledo. I will tell you, ONE, an electronic sign that was shared with 3 other announcements. I did not see one billboard promoting BG athletics or even BGSU whatsoever yet I saw 7 billboards for two schools two hours away.

You must not have been looking too hard to see the billboard on I-75 just south of the I-75/I-475 split.

And I know you weren't up on the UT campus, but the university does have the (long-term) rights for a billboard just off the UT campus and it looks good.

I don't recall seeing any 20 foot tall banners outside of Anderson Arena when I was a student. Maybe you should tell Greg Christopher how you want him to use your $10,000 annual donation for marketing purposes.

Prochaska is really limping. For those watching on tv did it show how she hurt it? Did she land on someone? Did she hurt it driving the lane?

She is out of the game now. Let's hope it isn't any more serious but she is in some pain.

Regardless of the outcome today, she has to sit until the start of the MAC tournament. We don't have much of a shot to win the tournament without her being healthy.

Apparently not. She seemed just fine on that push up the court for a 3, followed up by a drive that just drew a foul =D>

LP looks fine right now running up and down the court.
We`ve come out a little stagnant in the 2nd half and I`m not all that surprised. We looked like we were too content and going through the motions when we came back on the court during halftime.
