Come on Falcons. BGRSO/88.1 needs to have an XM Satellite Radio Station. A win tonight would be. BiG for our program. Especially a road win.

It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

The way Hammond is playing, I'm VERY comfortable with a 2-0 lead and a minute left. IT'S OFFICIAL NOW! 7:35 PM TOMORROW!

First playoff shutout for BG in 16 years? Wow, that's pretty cool. It's also our first playoff win overall since 2008 (game 3 1st round against Lake Superior)

I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by this. Given our recent playoff history and after last night, I would've bet the farm on us getting swept aside. What a job by Hammond and the rest of the Falcons getting a tough, low scoring, PLAYOFF victory.

If BG wins tomorrow, I can't even put into words just how big that would be for our program right now. Does the CCHA playoff bracket re-seed after each round?

I know someone had mentioned they turned on the game with about 5 minutes to go.... I did the same as well, and MAN WERE THOSE THE LONGEST 5 MINUTES I'VE EVER ENDURED!!!!!

One more tomorrow night for the boys

BG24, the tournament does re-seed after each round, so if BG were to win tonight (a good chance of it, IMO), they would be in Ann Arbor next weekend. Lowest remaining seed would play Michigan, 2nd lowest would play Notre Dame etc. Lake and Alaska have already moved on, and we should be in for a heck of a game in Marquette tonight. do or die time now.
