UT pulling away thanks to the ref's whistle. 14-4 foul differential in second half. 4 of 5 Akron starters have 4 fouls.

EDIT: 1 starter has fouled out. 16 second half fouls. Simply ridiculous.

EDIT: 2 starters have now fouled out plus an injured player.

Akron ended with TWENTY SEVEN fouls compared to, I believe, 15 for tsun. And yet the Zips only lost 73-65. Maybe tsun was the worst that tool had seen in his career. LOL

It's typical Toledo guys...let it go. Their arena announcer back in the day was a tool, Beier is a tool and Hofer is a tool.

Simply no class, yet they want to be perceived as too good for the MAC. Whatever.

OK. I hope UT loses by 20 tonight. This guy needs to be shut up!!!! I just heard him say Melissa Goodall should have been on the first team who is she going to replace??? This guy is worthless.

Well, to put Mr. Hofer's view of first team caliber play for All-MAC into perspective, here are Melissa's stats last night.

I talked with my Dad back in BG this morning giving him hotel information and directions for their stay tonight. I asked my Dad what he was doing and he said he was writing a letter to the University of Toledo about their radio broadcaster. I know I have had numerous issues with this guy over the years but I never once mentioned a thing to my Dad. I asked why he was writing a letter and he said the announcer made a comment that was uncalled for. Gee what a surprise. I asked my Dad what he said and after he told me I remember the play.

Namma Shaffir (or however you spell her name) drove past a UA player and made the player look bad, basically got her out of her shoes. Shaffir made an easy layup and this is what Rich said on the radio. 'What a drive by Shaffir. That Jodi Kest is a first team all MAC selection. That's what a first team player does. And that is why you don't have any on your team.'

My Dad is 63. That comment on the radio bothered my Dad. And caused him to write a letter. I told him not to waste his time because UT doesn't care about any of his comments. He has been a jerk for the last few years. He obviously won't change.

I just hope BG - UT meet in the finals and BG performance will shut him up. He is a complete tool!!
