Overrated in my opinion. Five Guys has a better burger IMO.
I've never eaten BSpot, but I find this very difficult to believe.

I love 5 Guys fries but their burgers are just ok in my opinion. Until they start cooking their burgers to order they'll never be truly great...because no great burger has ever been cooked well done.

In some states you can't get a burger cooked anything but well done...it' a health issue due to worries about e coli. 5 Guys may be trying to avoid getting sued...or they were sued in the past... because someone te a mid rare burger full of nasty bacteria

When I lived in North Carolina, we would always order burgers and steaks "as medium as the law will allow".

My general thinking on the subject is that if a place cannot guarantee me the meat is free enough of e coli that I can't eat it still pink then I probably don't want to eat that burger regardless.

The issue should be...why is their poop in my hamburger? Not how well done it was cooked.

Then the burger chains are going to need to run their own beef farms becaue I don't think it's realistic to expect them to guarentee that level of QC...beef processing is a nasty business from what I've gathered. Not as gross as egg farming, but close

All this talk about fast food hamburger as we get ready to play a team called the Broncos. A good omen, I hope.

Mmmmm...ground pony served medium rare....(that's for you, hammb). If Calhoun and Brown can go off...I like our chances.

Hanging tough. Down only 7 at the half. 33-26. Last time we played we were down 20.

In the other thread I had 3 keys to victory.

1. Stay out of foul trouble. That didn't happen. Calhoun has 3. McElroy has 2

2. Limit WMU 3 pt shooting. I think they made 4 so not too bad

3. Out rebound WMU. We are holding our own on the boards.

That held ball with :03 before half was key. It gives BG the opening possession of the second half. Get off to a mini run and this could come down to the last few minutes.

WMU was blazing from 3 in the first half...5 of 8. Why do we have trouble defending the 3? I think Coach Orr needs to get out of that zone and go man to man at times...especially when WMU is hitting 3's. Calhoun with 3 fouls really sucks. Being down only 7 is good considering we were down 13.

Freakling2 is sick today and home from school so I'm watching on STO. Too bad Reghi and Mix are calling the game...neither one ever shuts up and it's nauseating listening to them. :vom:

We need a fast start in the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half...that will be key to our chances. GO BG!!

Down 15 with less than 4 min left...WMU is doing what they want and it is frustrating.
