John Dunne, who was on Coach Orr's staff at Siena and Seton Hall, has led St. Peter's College to their first NCAA bid in 16 years. They are a member of the MAAC, our evil stepcousin conference.
Other ex-Orr staff members seem to be faring well for themselves as assistants. Billy Garrett was the only coach retained at DePaul after Oliver Purnell took over the program last year while George Jackson has been credited with developing Yancy Gates as an assistant at NCAA bound Cincinnati.
