I wouldn't hesitate to say that GT is prolly better than OSU and looks to be bigger and more athletic.

So GT has a 6'6" POY in the SEC playing for them? Get real on the "bigger" bit. And much as I hate to say it, OSU has been on a roll too, after a mediocre middle of the season. Word on GT is a pressing, "push it" type team...ESPN folks talked about importance of taking care of the ball... while we didn't have many TO's against EMU, we can't rely exclusively on TP to beat a press with quicker athletes...she'll need help to say the least...AND we've GOT to hit the boards better than we did on Sat.Falconboy wrote:I wouldn't hesitate to say that GT is prolly better than OSU and looks to be bigger and more athletic.

Agreed on all those things, but let's not kid ourselves, our chances of winning will boil down to our ability to hit open shots, something we did NOT do on Saturday against EMU. If we're making outside shots, that opens up the inside, and we'll have a much easier time overall. If we're not getting anything going from the perimeter, it's going to be a long day and we'll have to depend on our defense to keep the game close.Class of 61 wrote:So GT has a 6'6" POY in the SEC playing for them?
