Harris Baby

Post by Luvmy5 »

Hello again. I just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone. Hope all of you had a great Christmas and that 2005 is treating you well.
In baby news, I am super happy to announce that "Baby Harris" is 100% boy!! He is already ridiculously active, and I'm convinced he's in there running laps and doing push-ups as we speak!
Just thought I'd prepare the world for the arrival of our freakishly athletic son. So keep your eyes peeled for our high-jumping, gun-slinging, not-so-little boy (Jacob Harris) in about 2024!
As always, it's a pleasure to share our news with our extended BG family.
And thanks for all of the nice replies to my "Cleveland" post last month. Josh and I had fun reading them.

(oh, and to answer another post I read: Josh told me tonight that if Jeff Garcia were to leave Cleveland he would reclaim J5 "in a heartbeat".

Thanks for the update. It is always great to hear from you! I wonder if Coach Brandon can offer your son a scholarship yet?

Best wishes to you two and here's to hoping that Jeff Garcia is out of here so J5 can be in orange and brown again!

AWESOME News!! I am very happy for both of you!! Jacob is going to be a VERY lucky kid to have you two for parents!!!!! Enjoy every minute of him, the time flies so fast!! Thanks so much for sharing a little of your private life with us. It means a lot and we all wish you nothing but the VERY BEST!!!!! (And I wish you an EASY delivery, something I didn't have on two tries!!!! :D ) I forget, when is Jacob supposed to make his debut????? We will want pictures posted of the future BG QB, you know!!! :D

Hope Josh can be "J5" again!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Sure. But it may be a couple years before j5 can offer a verbal :).

Thanks for checking in, Luvmy5. I know we all hope things go well for Josh in Cleveland.

Congratulations, and best of luck the rest of the way.
We can use as many great athletes as possible here in Cleveland!

Great news!

Coach Brandon needs to offer a scholarship at birth. It has been done before, by the way...Oregon offered Joey Harrington a football scholarship before he was a week old.
I'm not as cool as Tony Gaver, nor will I ever be.

Congratulations to you both Tami & Josh! That is just great news! My fiancee and I love spending time with our niece so much, she's just 2 and a half and simply put, the most fun in the world! Being around her has made us realize so many things and appreciate so many other things that we just weren't in-tune with before. You can learn so much by just watching them and listening to the things they say as they get older - it's incredible. We are excited to hear you two had a healthy baby!

Now we love the name....Jacob Harris! You know EVERYONE on here at AZZ loves that name too! After watching two of BG's best ever in Josh "Harris" and now Omar "Jacobs"......how could any of us have nothing but great things to say about his first and last name?! Jacob Harris!!! But promise us now, if he does turn out to be an athlete like his mom and day, he's got to be a Falcon! :)

I may be moving back to Cleveland soon as my fiancee just landed a job in downtown. Now I'm a Bears fan (and was praying they would have drafted Josh but they took some Buckeye named Krenzle!!!), but Cleveland is my second favorite team with my new favorite player! Josh, you edged out my boy Brian Urlacher as my favorite player and you look great back in the Orange & Brown! Good luck to you with the Browns.

Take care both of you and thanks for the updates....keep them coming, especially when Jacob starts throwing around a football!!!
GO BG!!!

Great news!!! Starting a family is such a great experience. Of course I can say that because my wife did all the heavy lifting....

Congrats to both (actually all 3) of you!! Jacob will have everything he needs gene wise to be a top notch athlete so I have high hopes! Just make sure he goes to BG and not a top D-1 school...although we might be a top D-1 school by 2024 :D
