Re: Latest Video
What about parking for the Stroh Center?
Free?
Pay only for the main lot and lots 20 and the overflow are going to be free? (I highly doubt it).
Pay $10 to park in the main lot and $5 to park in Lot 20 and the overflow lot? (This is what I would be charging)
Will that mean lots of people walking from the Alumni Center, Harshman and Kreischer and the Ice Arena lots where they could park for free? Willing to take a chance and not get towed if you park across Wooster Street?
Get out that wallet because we are moving on up! To the EAST side (of campus). And that means (for those who have been complaining about being a small-minded program) that you are going to have to pony up the $$$$$.
I expect to see Grant, Hammb, and Metz all in the Jack Nicholson seats at the first game! How cool would that be? I've been paying attention to Apple's stock price. Grant can afford them!

$10? When have we ever charged that much anywhere?
I would expect it to be $5 like the football games...and that is totally reasonable IMHO.

You didn't park in Lot N/14 for basketball did you? Or did you purchase the parking pass though Falcon Club?Redwingtom wrote:$10? When have we ever charged that much anywhere?

We charge $25 to park overnight in the camper lot for football.

Sure, for a camper. How many people drive campers to a basketball game?
I was assuming he was talking about cars.

Did anyone else notice the low urinal in the Men's locker room? I hope that doesn't mean we are going to recruit a team full of "little people"

The arena looks great. My only question, is there also an elevator to get to the seating area? I know older people will not be fond of all of the steps.

Yes, there is an elevator for the public use in the northeast corner of the building. And yes, the lower urinal is specifically required to meet ADA requirements.

Are the students only at the baseline? The building looks outstanding, I just was hoping the students would have larger access close to the court.

You could hope that the low setting is so they don't bottom out.

Students will be sitting in the west orange seats under the video board. When that is filled I've heard they will be seated in the lower bowl of section 101 which is the first section to the left of the orange seats on the north side. Just cheer you will be heard.....I know.
Does anyone know how we will continue the tradition of going on floor after women's games? oops wrong forum.
I've been in the Stroh four times Topping-off ceremony, Nov '10, Dec. '10, April '11. From a dirt floor & walls you could see through to what I took in the last time....it's totally amazing. An album full of pictures captures the progress which the brain forgets.
Thanks for all the other pxs and video clips
gray locker room with coat hooks and small shelves on wall for officials/ refs? and media will be on north side of court opposite team benches on south side (Anderson Club) with scorers and other game officials between the two benches How will SIDs communicate with coaches?!
