I'm with Schad. I would've gladly given up a game @ OSU to make the deal with Wisconsin.

As I said before, I think we need to schedule more games with the not-so-upper-echelon teams. Games we can WIN. Playing OSU & Michigan are great. Beating them would be fantastic. At the same time the odds of doing so are VERY long. Losing close doesn't gain you respect. We'd like it if it did, but it doesn't. Until you actually win one of those games you haven't done anything. Right now we're good enough to beat the Wisconsin's of the world, but OSU & UM are a VERY different animal.

Hammb, being the big Buckeye fan, throwing his opinion that way gives a lot of merit to taking the Wisconsin deal. As far as a Big 10 breakdown:

SCARY= OSU, UM, Iowa

MID RANGE= Purdue, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Penn State (could be switched with MSU)

PLEASE SCHEDULE= Northwestern, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan State,
all bowling green
