Freakin' Eh!!! What else can ya say??? WAY TO GO BGSU!!!!

You guys that went to the game had to be lovin' this one.

Falcons improve to 10-2, 4-0 MAC. BG shot 53% tonight and Reimold led BG with 24 pts, 5-9 on 3 pt'ers. Almanson scored 15, Wright 13 and Soler had 12 off the bench.

I am a believer!! I can't wait to get there on the 22nd for UT.

FIRST PLACE IN THE WEST!!!

Eastern was without their leading scorer but like you say any win on the road in the MAC is huge. Just listening to Dan Dakich in the post-game interview you can tell he really enjoys coaching this team.

Great win. They are all big on the road. Certainly helped to have Bowler on the bench, but you still gotta play them, and that's a good one. Plus, Bowler comes back and beats everybody else. Everyday I become more of a believer.

I sure hope so...did you see what WMU did to Kent State tonight?????

76-60 WMU over the Flashes and it wasn't even that close. WMU led 67-40 with 8 min left in the game....SIXTY SEVEN TO FORTY. WOW...

Should be one heck of a game Saturday. PACK AA!!! GO BG! BEAT WMU!

Great game tonight from the Falcons! Mawel Soler was all over the place. 12 points, what seemed like 25 rebounds, and 2 charges very early on that helped us build the lead that we never lost. Reimold cooled off during the middle portion of the game, but he lit it up in the middle part of the second half to bump the lead up to 20 points. I thought we threw it away too many times against the zone, but overall we did pretty well against their zone. Open shots all night for everybody. If Eyink would have been hot, we would have won by 30. Scott Vandermeer played pretty well in limited minutes. 2 big buckets at the end of the first half and a sweet dish to Lefeld in the last minute.

This team is so much fun to watch because they play the game the right way. I can only hope that the students, townies, and alumni start attending their games.

A win on Saturday against Western and we won't be "flying under the radar" anymore.

I am so glad that my prediction was way off. It's not always bad to be wrong.

Count me in with the group of people really starting to believe in this team. I mentioned to the guys that I would love the 5th scholarship to go to a 6'3" PG or someone like that just b/c I'm not sold on Floyd at all and Moon is still a year out as well. Both dribble entirely too much and put their teammates in awkward positions around the basket, however, the job is getting done and Mawi is really bringing the lunchpail to work these days. He is proving to be the missing ingredient from last year.

Hammb and I were both present for the OT gift we gave to Eastern last year. Six months later, the athleticisim difference did not seem as large and we really had a lot of match-ups that proved to be effective for us.

Steven Wright in the open floor or in space is scary! 10-2 with a big big road win!!!

PGY Tiercel and myself were sitting at the UK-Vanderbilt game last evening when the halftime score was text messaged to my cell (BTW, great free service offered on bgsufalcons.com). Both of our mouths dropped when we saw the score was 41 to 26 at the half. I don't think we said another word about the UK game the rest of the second half. All we could talk about is the showdown with WMU and how we now have to make a trip to BG this season. It's great these guys are having a awesome season. I so want to end the NCAA drought. Oh yeah, UK beat Vanderbilt. But more importantly BG smoked EMU.

Mike, were you able to listen to the game.

I guess I was wrong in my predicitions saying Montgomery would have a big game! 0-1 and 3 minutes of playing time...
