Freakling2 got FB equipment today!

Post by Falconfreak90 »

Conditioning starts Monday evening...Jake is gonna give it a go on the O and D lines. Looks like his games are played on Saturdays so I'll probably have some BG tickets that will need used....at least early in the season.

He's pumped to hit someone! :smt120

Congrats! Spencer will start 5th grade peewee soon. We just picked up cleats for both boys today along with mouth guards.

Can't wait for FB season. The nice thing about Oak Harbor Football is peewee is on Sunday and Junior High is Thursday evening and it ends before BG Thursday night games start. SWMBO was giving me grief the other day because I was watching a couple year old game of Wisconsin on the Big Ten network, I needed a fix. NFL is painful for me to watch, Just not vested in it I guess.

Nobody cares about your pee wee player. Don't tell me you one of those parents who thinks his sons a superstar.

If you attend any games don't introduce yourself as "birdman" to anyone. Got a feeling it would get ugly- rag on the team, coach, student manager if you must but I'd leave personal attacks off limits if I were you. Especially where it involves kids. Dumb is one thing, mean is another- people understand dumb.

Actually I know my son is not an athletic superstar, however he is an academic superstar with some of the highest testing scores in his grade/district. I am guessing your parents never helped you study.

I do like that my oldest son learned about trust, confidence, and character in peewee football. I am guessing that you never played.

I am hoping that my younest son will learn about those attributes that will help him to succeed in whatever the future holds for him. I am only guessing that you will not learn any lessons from your time on this message board.

Sincerely

On the contrary, many people here do. I'm one of them. I love hearing the kids of AZZ members!

First of all many of us are friends here and I assure you many of us care about the Freaklings' adventures with football. Especially considering many of us have watched those 2 kids grow up around tailgates and whatnot.

Moreover, I assure you that even those who have never met Freak or his Freaklings care a heckuva lot more about their adventures in pee wee football than they do about your takes on Falcon Football.

Seriously, up until now you've been a pompous blow-hard who is nearly impossible to take seriously. Now you're also a dick. Congrats on expanding your repertoire.

It all starts at the Pee Wee level. Coached it for 20 years and loved every minute . Now some of those boys are playing D 1 and several D2 D3 fball. Most of these kids take what they learn from the field and apply it to life and are very productive and succeed in life. Football teaches these little guys so many life skills and character. Best form of the game out there is Pee Wee ball.

As for BM, one word - LOSER!!

From your post I would have to guess that you never had the heart or commitment it takes to play the game. Sorry for you, as the game could have been a learning lesson in life for you .

Well, Jake's games are on saturdays so we'll only be able to make 4 or so BG games this year. Next year, his games will be during the week so we'll be back to our usual 8-10 games a year. LOL.
