give it a rest already kid... this is College athletics... if you want to act that way, go watch a High School game...

People that donate money deserve more perks than the average fan. Are you telling me that you don't think Kerm Stroh deserves to pick his front row seat instead of you? He is a HUGE supporter of the university and athletics obviously.

I don't want to try and make this a personal attack but I am having a hard time not. I could do without seeing your antics at games. I don't think the teams would miss you if you weren't there. You are there to watch the game, not be part of it.

So plain and simple...

SIT DOWN, SHUT UP, AND WATCH THE GAME... if you want to stand the whole game, there is a SRO (standing room only) place for you to watch the game...

Tough mix with the Stroh - keep the environment of AA while utilizing prime seats to increase giving to/thru the Falcon Club. The Falcon Club members are not always the most excited fans but they often put their money where their mouth is to advance BGSU - this is important as well.

I guess I am also disappointed that I won't be able to show up 30 minutes before the game and get front row seats but wouldn't it be neat if our women were consistently in the Sweet 16 and our men were respected like Gonzaga. I would gladly take SRO or even a seat behind a knucklehead that yells at the ref, opposing coach and seated fans the whole game for an opportunity to see my BG compete at that level yearly.

With a couple more Bill Fracks, consistent sell-outs and a little luck maybe just maybe we will achieve greatness consistently..............

I can only imagine how sterile AA was compared to those awesome seats in Eppler right on top of the court. Consider sitting upstairs in AA compared with nearly hanging over the court in the front balcony row of what is now the track in Eppler.

Another thought for those who regret change.

I'm pretty sure every fan at each game will care about the outcome of the game, or else they wouldn't have come to the game
sure they do................! most people act like they don't even care about the outcome of the game! and they just sit on their butts for the entire game.some...most people at the games don't even bother standing up when the Falcons come out or during the starting line up! :finga:

average fan really?! i'm sorry but i ain't no average fan and the same goes for my family too. we may have missed a couple of women's games last year to either car trouble or family emergency and we lived in fostoria but at least we showed up! and as far as the guy's, yeah they might have sucked but at least we supported them no matter if they won or lost and every game we went to we made sure that we stood up when the men's and women's teams would come out and for the starting line up and when the guys would come out before the starting line up we made sure that we was at the base line to slap hands with the players! so yeah i ain't no average fan! and i ain't gonna sit down and shut up! if you want to that's fine but i don't see me doing that anytime soon! do just deal with it! :butthead:

Yeah...sure...you know you love us...right down to your brown and orange undershorts. Well...they're really orange undershorts....the brown parts are probably some aftermarket add on...but still.

Dustin, the point is that no one takes you seriously on this board because you do nothing but espouse this "me against the world" attitude.

You then compound that with never admitting in the slightest that someone else might be correct or that you might actually be in the wrong once in awhile.

You probably have a very legitimare concern but no one really cares to engage you on it because of your history here.

I've been a lurker on this board without an account for about two years now, and I've finally broke down and registered so I can post here... as a devout WBB fan I've found the last few threads on this forum to be pretty disgraceful to BG's program. Obviously the internet is for trolls, but come on, can we keep the topic on women's basketball?

On the note of seating, I too am fairly disappointed. I'm a recent grad with only 1 prior year of having season tickets, so I'm at the bottom of the food chain for seating. And I'm sure I'll be disappointed with the seating, and yes, it seems unfair that the more money one donates, the better one's seat becomes. However, I understand how much the Falcon Club does and how donations support the excellent program we have, so I'm really ok with that. Those who've supported the program before me can have the better seats. I think I'm still going to LOVE the Stroh Center experience.
