At the scrimage for the season ticket holder event, I thought it was VERY clear that Schilz would be the starter. Hurley just didn't seem to be on the same level as Schilz.

Schilz did very well the first 2 1/2 games last season. I remember watching the Troy game on the PC and he looked like a seasoned veteran in his first start. That shoulder injury bothered him the rest of the year and the opposing D lines just teed off on our injury riddled line. The kid's got game...

When he was healthy I thought Schilz like one of the most physically gifted qbs we've had here. Hopefully he can stay healthy and make some strides.
