All of these posts on here are just confusing me. Ok, just to clarify, for my sanity... I have Time Warner's crappy cable at my house. I do not have any dish services. I don't have any special sports packages on my cable. I am guessing I cannot get the game on my tv, correct? So, WHERE on the internet can I get it? I'll pay a fee, but don't like having to subscribe to a service to do get it. I have done that before and cancelled it right afterwards, but hope I don't have to do that.

Any specific advice would be appreciated.

And, fwiw, vwfalcon, I'd love to come up to 149, but I have to work in the morning and with a 9 pm start...wouldn't be a good idea!!!! :partyman:
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Shocking.
No, Time Warner is affiliated. That's what I have. You just have to jump through a hoop by setting up a "My Services account." And with Time Warner, you have to subscribe to ESPN on your TV as well as have their internet service.
This seems to be so hit or miss. I've been able to watch ESPN3 in the past on Time Warner and I don't even HAVE their TV service...internet only.

Is Time Warner also your ISP? If yes, then you can view the game at espn3.com for free.

I suggest trying this out before game day. As I recall (over a year ago) I had to jump through some hoops to verify that I'm a TW customer before I had access to ESPN3. Now it just works.

Definitely excited that it's been added to ESPN3. Otherwise, I would have had to go to a bar in Knoxville and been the one customer demanding they put on the BG game. Now I can enjoy on my own couch without paying the higher beer costs.

Jerzees down the street in Green will have it since they have DirecTV. I really think the game will show up on my Dish system on one of the ESPN alternate channels...usually does. If not, I'll have Mrs. Freak drop me off at Jerzees and then stumble, I mean, walk home. It is only about a mile from the house.

Mike, Dish does carry Altitude from what I remember. I would reset your receiver and see if the guide updates. It must have been a late addition as it wasn't in my guide for DirectTV either until I reset it.

But you will also need to extra sports pack to get it though.

Seems kind of cool, but would be a lot cooler if we had a central, four-sided jumbo tron rather than the end board.
