Absentees, a few names I dont see on the roster

Probably missed the discussion here but I ran through an old list and now see these 5 guys gone.

Don't recognize many of these names after Bearum, who was definitely recruited (out of state of Mich. IIRC)... not a coincidence that almost all were "redshirts"... maybe saw the handwriting on the wall re: playing time...or...possible grade problems? Who knows?

Scheidt was injured a lot. That could have played a role.

Bearum was the only scholarship player. My guess it is probably a playing time type of issue. Hosley and Bearum were WR's and that position is pretty full now even though we have a lot of seniors.

Hopefully these guys found somewhere else to play. Good luck to them either way.

Did Hosley even report this fall? He might have missed on the NCAA eligibility requirements...

Coulda sworn Bearum returned the kick after the safety vs Idaho. Muffed it but recovered and gained some yards.
Edit. nm, that was Heath Jackson, another one of the super talented young receivers.
