Or going to a game in Morgantown can bring out the worst people. Burning couches, out of control drunk and now...
Similarly I remember a fun drive home from west Lafayette a few years back as well.
I don't know if we'll beat wvu but those are the exact sort of attitudes that I cannot stand. BG can win this game...they're underdogs but it's not impossible.
I was at the Big House the day we beat Purdue...I wanted to throttle the idiots behiond me who laughed off the notion that we could beat the Boilermakers...even when it was tied at the half. We had a winning record against the Big 10 that year. We beat Purdue and Northwestern and losing to OSU (and we damn near won that game)
I thinkl we're going to hae tha kind of a team here in the very near future....
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Just tee the damn ball up and let's find out....
BEAT WVU
These are the type of people who claim to be huge football fans but yet have never heard of teams like Bowling Green, Miami, NIU, Kent, North Texas, UCF.... All the time I run into people in Alabama who are supposively the biggest die hard football fan but you could spout off 30 teams like those ones I just mentioned and they would think they were high schools. Most people like this also think good high school teams could beat these teams. THEY ARE IDIOTS.

Given the state of Big East officiating, I'm suprised they didn't flag you for excessive celebration...
Well they *did* get Diyral Briggs for that one....
I heard a story that when they announced the BG-Pitt score at the WVU game that afternoon, the fans started chanting "Eat S**t Pitt!". Would be nice to give Pitt fans a chance to return the favor...

No doubt...maybe the Pitt fans can chant "Took it in the rears, Mountaineers!"
