Big Play Ray

Post by Pete Segaard »

Great article in the Sentinel Tribune about Ray Hutson and his thoughts on the Coach and Falcon Team. I wish Bowel Movement or whatever his name is could wrap his head around this article. Even put it under his pillow and comprehend by osmosis.

Still this season is special for Hutson, because the Falcons are playing together.
“Whether the defense is out there making plays or we’re (the offense) out there making plays, no matter who it is you can tell Bowling Green is playing as a team,” Hutson said. “It’s a lot of fun. The mentality of our team has totally changed. I feel everybody on the team has bought into the system, bought into the words coach is saying, bought into the fact that we are a team.”
And THAT is why the Falcon Football team will keep getting better and better!!!

GO FALCONS!!
BEAT THE MOUNTAINEERS!!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

What a fantastic, mature young man. Ray is an excellent representative of this team and this school. That is what being a student athlete is about. Great article, thanks for sharing!

But Birdman said everyone on the team hates Clawson and don't buy his system!

No but seriously, I'm pretty excited for BG football this year, the team does look like they're rolling as a cohesive unit. Looking good.
6500 miles couldn't stop me from cheering on my Falcons!
