Temple
Tennessee
Eastern Michigan
Cincinnati
Ohio

Bowling Green - My original, pre-season pick was WVU, but I feel that they are in a great spot to pull the upset. My wife is 4-0 in her BG picks this year, so I am going to roll with her pre-season pick that the Falcons will win. Hopefully this gets ESPN's attention and they start considering a return trip to The Doyt for Gameday vs. Temple on October 22nd.

If BG and Temple are both 6-1 at that point and both are ranked...nah they still wouldn't pick us for gameday. Perhaps if both teams were unbeaten then it might've happened.

Although your hopes and dreams might have some slight legs because as of right now, no teams in the top 25 are scheduled to face one another the week of October 22nd.

Little late to the game here...so I'll just do some picking for S & G's

That Team Up North at Temple, noon - What a disappointed for that team up north that should have beaten Syracuse, you'll see a team that's hung-over from last week get destroyed by Temple - who just beat the best dressed team in the country  : Temple 31 Toledo 14

Buffalo at Tennessee, 12:30 - I know buffalo is improved, but lets be real here... Tennessee has 2nd string in by 3rd Quarter: Tennessee 45, Buffalo 10

Akron at Eastern Michigan, 1:00 - Defiantly a coin flip in an embarrassing game. I saw an EMU team that quit at Michigan, but they do play at home: EMU 10 Akron 3

Cincinnati at Miami, 1:00 - I was shocked to see Cincy destroy NC State like they did. Look for a hangover from Cincy and for a fired up Miami team to hang around until the 4th quarter. Last second field goal by Cincy will win it: Cincy 30 Miami 27

Kent State at Ohio, 2:00 - Haven't seen either team play, but I do know both aren't that good. I'll take Ohio with Home-Field. Ohio 21 Kent 20

Bowling Green at West Virginia, 3:30 - Cant pick against BGSU on my first set of picks! BGSU wins on a last second field goal: BGSU 28 WVU 27

Western Michigan at Connecticut, 3:30 - I really don't think Uconn is all that great this year. WMU should have beat a very solid Illinois team: WMU 24 Uconn 17

Northern Illinois at Central Michigan, 3:30 - Another rough year for Dan Enos, need to find a solution at QB to get Cody Wilson the ball: NIU 45 CMU 17

Ball State at Oklahoma, 7:00 - Oklahoma will be fired up after their #1 spot was taken away: Oklahoma 52 Ball State 10
"Yeah, I called her up. She gave me a bunch of crap about not listening to her enough or somethin. I don't know, I wasn't paying attention."

Chi-Town here I come...

Temple: After the way they destroyed Maryland, they've got all the momentum. I predict that Beckman will have a sob story prepared before the end of the game.

Tennessee: Buffalo isn't terrible, but Tennessee will roll in this one.

Eastern Michigan: I picked EMU because I don't really like Zippy as a mascot.

Miami: Simply because I want us to beat a BCS foe.

Ohio: They will roll around on the field like school girls seeing Bieber after they win this game.

West Virginia: The alum in me says pick us. I just can't. Not this time.

Western Michigan: For the same reason I chose Miami over Cincinnati.

Northern Illinois: Central really wants to believe they can win, but they have problems convincing themselves. Therefore, I'm not convinced.

Oklahoma: This won't be close at all.

Toledo at Temple
Temple simply because they're playing at home. It's pretty close talent wise.

Buffalo at Tennessee, 12:30
Tennessee. Easy.

Akron at Eastern Michigan, 1:00
EMU, who's had a cake schedule so far.

Cincinnati at Miami, 1:00
Cincy. Think Miami covers though. They've had probably the toughest schedule so far.

Kent State at Ohio, 2:00
Ohio.

Bowling Green at West Virginia, 3:30
WVU. Pains me to pick against us, but I just think we're a year away from upsetting big schools on the road. I will say if we can run the ball at all (which is definitely possible against the 3-3-5) and keep their offense off the field it's going to be much closer than their fans think. I would love to be wrong with this pick, but I'm going to say WV by a touchdown.

Western Michigan at Connecticut, 3:30
WMU. My upset special of the week here. Connecticut has been shaky and WMU is talented.

Northern Illinois at Central Michigan, 3:30
NIU. Ugly.

Ball State at Oklahoma, 7:00
Oklahoma. Again, I think it'll be closer than what many foresee. The MAC has been awful for the past 4-5 years but the talent is increasing from top to bottom. Oklahoma by 2 touchdowns at least, but Ball State makes them work for it.
