Met a woman from Oregon yesterday. She and I talked about the beautiful Multnoma Falls outside Portland. (Yea, I probably butchered the spelling).

The Fall are really cool in a hyper-prolific, singer who sorta talks, post-Kinks sorta way. Plus without The Fall, where would The Smiths have turned for a band name?Flipper wrote:THe Fall was an OK band...not really my favorites by any stretch

Indeed it is. Now if only the leaves down here would start turning, I could enjoy it! Three days ago it still felt like what I think of as summer. Of course, when a cold front came through Friday night that brought the kind of fall weather I'm used to, folks down here ran for their jackets and talked about how it was "freezing."musicman2343 wrote:I always loved making it down to the Smoky Mountains during fall.
